Call Centre Agent

Location: Feering, near Colchester (On-site)

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per year

Start Date: June 2026

Responsibilities

• Speaking with customers about their travel insurance needs
• Providing excellent customer service over the phone
• Supporting customer retention and sales activities
• Working closely with a friendly, office-based team
• No cold calling involved
