What you’ll be doing

  • Move solid leads through the funnel by connecting them to a salesperson and arranging meetings.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers by calling or responding to inquiries generated by the Marketing Team.
  • Execute plays and designed touchpoints in the customer journey via cold calls, emails, chat, and social media.
  • Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs, qualify interest, and prepare hand-off to sales.
  • Present product information to customers after identifying their needs.
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not initially convert.
  • Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to deepen relationships and identify new needs.
  • Update activity and contact information in the CRM, meet/exceed SLAs, and support weekly reporting.
  • Share outreach strategies and best practices by testing touchpoints and provide feedback to Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to help evolve demand generation and sales processes and create key tools and assets.

What you’ll need

  • Track record of top performance or prior success in an SDR-related role (minimum 1 year).
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in technology.
  • Self-starter able to operate in a hyper-growth environment.

Capabilities and environment

We operate in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office (LABS House, Holborn).
