We are now recruiting for a sales advisor to join our supportive Frank’s family in the Teesside area. As a sales advisor, you are at the heart of our operation and we are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success.
Availability for weekend working is essential in this role.

Job Purpose:
The purpose of your role will be to assist customers with their enquiries and purchasing requirements with the intent of satisfying these requirements and closing the sale.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Help customers with queries either general or sales related
- Assist customers to find the product they are looking for whilst making suggestions and giving advice
- Maintain the sales floor presentation
- Ensure all stock is arranged correctly and presented well
- Engage in promotional activities
- Report discrepancies and any problems to your supervisor
- Processing card payments
- Deal with customer refunds and exchanges
- Deal with any customer complaints
- Keeping up to date with promotions and any incentivized sales initiatives
- Confident
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Helpful and polite
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressur
- 38 hours per week
