Wenzel’s the Bakers Team Member / Sales Assistant – Full Time role
Wenzel’s was established in 1975 and has since become a favourite for locals in the North-West and Greater London, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Hampshire, and Surrey. We believe in delivering quality products at affordable prices and of course with outstanding customer service. We currently have over 100 shops and are expanding the brand by opening more retail shops. We are looking for exciting new talent with a passion for food and customer service to join our team.

Pay & Hours
We offer competitive pay starting at £12.21 an hour (under 18 – £10.00 an hour, between 18-21 – £11.75 an hour). A working week is 39 hours, Monday to Sunday. We are open to discussing flexible working hours to accommodate your needs where possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service – handling all customer needs, taking orders, managing cash and till operation.
- Producing fresh sandwiches, baguettes and other food products in line with our food safety and health and safety standards (food safety and hygiene training is provided).
- Assisting with day-to-day running of the shop.
What We’re Looking For
- No previous training is necessary as full training is provided.
- Someone who is confident and enthusiastic, with a great work ethic and a positive attitude showing great customer service skills.
- Someone excited to work in a fast‑paced environment and work efficiently as part of a team.
