The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the branch’s growth by building strong relationships with customers, generating sales, and delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer enquiries (phone, email, and trade counter support)
- Producing accurate quotations and following up to secure orders
- Developing relationships with electricians, contractors, and local businesses
- Proactively identifying new sales opportunities and upselling products
- Working closely with external sales and branch management to hit targets
- Maintaining product knowledge across a wide electrical range

- Experienced within electrical wholesale or a similar trade environment
- Sales-driven with a strong customer‑first approach
- Confident communicating with trade professionals
- Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries efficiently
