Sales Assistant – Part Time- Oxford – 15 Hours

Salary & Hours

Starting rate £12.75 per hour, increasing to £13.44 once full training has been completed.

Job Type: Part‑time – 22.5 hours per week (3 full days). Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required.

Opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, pro‑rated and based on performance against key KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets
• Handle transactions accurately and securely
• Multilingual skills are a bonus – the ability to speak additional languages is highly valued, though not required

Qualifications

You don’t need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn.
