Role: Retail Sales Assistant

Location: Merry Hill Shopping Center

Hours: 14-21 hours per week; weekend availability required

Salary: £13.25 per hour plus monthly store bonus

Applicants must be 18+ due to the nature of the product

Agile Retail has over 20 years of staffing experience and has partnered with a Global Tobacco Brand to support their journey of creating a smoke-free future for the UK with their heated tobacco product.

Responsibilities

• Educating adult smokers on the benefits of heated tobacco.
• Convert traditional tobacco users to heated tobacco users through in-store demonstrations and guided trials.
• Maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
• Working alongside the Store Lead to drive sales performance and customer experience.
• Support opening/closing of the store and daily operational duties including, but not limited to, stock management, store reporting and cash handling.

Qualifications / Candidate profile

• Previous sales experience or an innate sense they can sell
