Sales Assistant — Westfield London
Dental Excellence is one of the UK’s leading premium dental groups, with multiple clinics across the UK and a brand new kiosk and clinic launching at Westfield London this summer.
We’re looking for a confident, energetic Sales Assistant to be the public face of Dental Excellence at our Westfield kiosk—engaging thousands of shoppers daily, sparking genuine conversations about smile transformations and converting that interest into consultations.
The Role
This isn’t a passive greeting role. You’ll be proactively approaching members of the public, building instant rapport, and guiding prospective patients toward booking a consultation or complimentary smile scan using our state‑of‑the‑art iTero scanner. You’ll work closely with our Treatment Coordinator and clinical team, acting as the critical link between the kiosk and our practice.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, retail, brand ambassador or customer‑facing roles
- Highly engaging, outgoing and confident approaching members of the public
- A natural communicator who builds rapport quickly
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven
- Immaculately presented with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Resilient and energetic in a high‑footfall retail environment
Experience in dental, aesthetics, beauty or premium healthcare is a bonus, but personality and drive matter most.
