About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping them find the perfect product and complete purchases at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – provide our brand bra fitting experience and give customers expert advice on size and style.
- Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of our products, ensuring customers can find what they need.
- Store Standards – maintain front and back of store standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and health & safety procedures.
