Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Client & Sales Support Administrator to join our expanding team in Alton. This dynamic, hands-on role is pivotal in ensuring customer expectations are consistently met and exceeded. You will manage sales order processing, coordinate with depots and transport teams, and ensure timely, complete deliveries. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will help maintain seamless and efficient operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Order Processing
Accurately process sales orders using InspHire softwareIssue prompt and professional order confirmationsPre-qualify deliveries with site contacts to ensure readinessProvide clients with clear, regular, and timely delivery updatesRaise proforma invoices and efficiently manage card payment processingCoordinate bespoke design approvals with the Mechanical Design teamManage custom livery requirements in liaison with the Marketing department
Customer Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for purchase enquiriesRespond promptly and professionally to general queries
Operational Coordination
Collaborate closely with depots and transport teams to ensure seamless order fulfilmentEnsure all orders are processed accurately and within agreed time frames
Key Performance Indicators
Error-free and efficient processing of orders and work flowsDeliveries completed in full, on time, and meeting client expectationsClear and effective communication with operational teamsConsistently uphold a positive and professional image of the Conquip brand
