Your Responsibilities at Waterdrop®

  • Be an Ambassador for our Brand, Values, and Product.
  • Demonstrate our Retail Core Values of: Always Keep Growing, Together We Win, Be The Consumer, Bring High Energy, Find A Way.
  • Provide excellent customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunity.
  • Assist customers in matching their buying needs.
  • Identify customer needs and answer product‑related questions, including product prices, quality, features, and benefits.
  • Capture customer data to expand our database and customer loyalty.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making appropriate recommendations to the management team.
  • Deliver product excellence by maximising product knowledge with relevant recommendations through our 6‑Drop Selling Ceremony.
  • Attend and participate in store meetings and training sessions as required by your manager.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues.
  • Maintain a positive attitude with the team and customers and be open to constructive feedback to develop and improve.
  • Maintain brand standards on visual display, merchandising, cleanliness, and general housekeeping.
  • Follow policies and procedures to maintain the security of stock, customer records, and cash handling.
  • Ensure attendance and time‑keeping comply with company policies and procedures. Open and close the store as required.
  • Be aware of Health & Safety requirements in the store.
