We are recruiting for aPayment Processing Advisorto join our growingcall centre team in Sheffield city centre, helping businesses access modern card payment and merchant service solutions.

Location:Church Street, Sheffield (S1 2GN)Office-based role – no remote working

Salary & Benefits

  • £12.71PH + Pay Progression.

The Role – Outbound Payment Processing Sales

As aPayment Processing Advisor, you will:

  • Makeoutbound sales calls to businesses

  • Identify customer needs and promotecard payment and merchant service solutions

  • Explain the benefits ofmodern payment processing systems

  • Close sales over the phone

  • Work towardsdaily and weekly sales targets

  • Accurately process sales using aCRM system

This is atarget-driven outbound sales rolewithin a supportive and motivatedcall centre environment.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 6 months’ experiencein telesales, outbound sales, call centre sales, or face-to-face sales

  • Confidentclosing sales and overcoming objections

  • Comfortable working toKPIs and sales targets

  • Experience using aCRM systempreferred

Applicants without previous sales experience will not be considered.

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday only

  • Fully flexiblebetween8am – 8pm

  • 37.5 – 40 hours per week
