Sales Development Representative – Hybrid – Bank, London

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll generate pipeline across Europe and the Middle East by identifying and engaging decision‑makers at banks and fintechs. You’ll be part of a small, global team working across London, Singapore, and the US, with direct access to founders and a proven playbook to help you ramp quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Cold call senior stakeholders
  • Run highly personalised outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Deep‑div into accounts and conduct thorough prospect research
  • Book high‑quality meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate with sales and founders to refine go‑to‑market strategy

This is an intense role. You’ll hear “no” often, may need to work evenings or weekends, and expectations are high.

  • Studied finance, economics, or a related subject
  • Started in finance, consulting, or analytical roles
