The Enterprise Solutions division at S&P Global empowers a diverse spectrum of private equity and venture capital firms to effectively control their data and drive internal analytics and insights. Whether it is for portfolio analytics, valuations, investor reporting, or on-demand insight into operating metrics of a specific asset, this team is at the forefront of the FinTech space.
The iLEVEL Advisory and Expert Services team is a global group of consultants dedicated to providing expert guidance and support to Private Markets clients utilizing S&P Global’s iLEVEL product. We collaborate closely with clients to maximize the value of the iLEVEL product tailored to their unique use cases.
Responsibilities and Impact
- Support the management of multiple global Advisory & Expert Services clients by implementing best practices for effective iLEVEL system setup and utilization
- Execute thorough business analysis to identify specific requirements and use cases for iLEVEL clients.
- Address identified requirements by delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to establish action items that address client issues and plan their execution effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Client Management, and Operations, to deliver targeted solutions for client portfolio monitoring and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
- Knowledge of the private capital market, financial analysis, and reporting.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in client service or operations, preferably in private capital or investment management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; experience of using iLEVEL or other portfolio monitoring software is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to work independently in an efficient and accountable manner.
- Experience collaborating effectively in a team setting, even under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Eagerness to contribute significantly to the success of the team and the company as a whole, with a positive attitude.
