Role Summary

Full‑time Sales and Acquisitions Assistant providing essential administrative and coordination support to the Sales and Acquisitions managers of the global business.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the SVP of Sales EMEA and the SVP of Acquisitions in Television Distribution.
• Prepare materials, set agendas, distribute minutes and action items for internal and external meetings.
• Provide full PA support: diary management, travel and expense coordination.
• Track the workflow of deals across internal departments, updating on any issues.
• Maintain tracking logs for sales, screeners, acquisition submissions, client feedback and slate launches.
• Capture schedules and ratings from broadcast partners and generate reports.
• Research TV and market trends and provide insights for strategy.
• Attend client meetings and markets when requested, providing detailed notes and supporting marketing.
• Deliver accurate reporting and sales feedback to producers.
• Create compelling presentations with consistent messaging.
• Proactively suggest ways to improve performance and processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales or distribution environment with client‑facing role.
• Superior organisational, communication and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and Keynote.
• Collaborative team player with professional demeanour and diplomatic skills.
• Capability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Knowledge of the global TV landscape and current industry trends.
• Passion for entertainment content, especially TV.
• Can‑do attitude and ambition to progress within international TV and content industry.
• Discretion when working with senior managers.
• Resilience and nimbleness in an ever‑changing environment.
• Proactive enthusiasm for sales & acquisitions at Fifth Season.
• Additional languages a plus.
