These are part-time 8 & 12 hour positions based in the H&M Bury St Edmunds store. For these positions we will require 2 – 5 days flexibility, including the weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Represent the H&M Brand positively and engage with customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Support commercial and operational actions together with colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
• Provide and receive feedback to support yourself and colleagues in learning and development.
