Sales Assistant (m/w/d) London

Job Description

We are Kapten & Son – with over 250 employees, we work every day on becoming the leading D2C backpack brand in Europe. We are looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to work full time in our store in London. Start date: 1st of April 2026.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of our brand on site and infect everyone with the Kapten & Son spirit with your friendly manner.
• You provide friendly, professional advice and support to our customers when purchasing our products.
• You ensure a smooth process at the checkout and thus ensure that our customers have a great shopping experience until the end of their visit.
• When implementing marketing measures, you have a feel for the right staging of our products and thus create a beautiful look in the store.
• Together with your team, you are responsible for achieving sales targets and improving processes and implementing all our marketing measures to promote sales.

Qualifications

• You have already gained some experience in retail.
• You can identify with our products, are Kapten by heart and want to work together with a great team.
• You love to inspire customers with your positive charisma about a product and improve the shopping experience from day to day.
• You speak native English.
