Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service across all channels (in‑store, online, social media) to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate sporting products and services.
- Offer a range of solutions, including new items, used gear, rentals, and subscriptions, to meet diverse needs and budgets.
- Build positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
- Actively promote and sell the company’s products and services through in‑store interactions, online platforms, and social media engagement.
- Facilitate smooth transactions by offering multiple payment options and providing basic repair and personalisation services.
- Create a welcoming and accessible store environment that encourages exploration of the extensive sports product range.
- Ensure clear and accessible product information to aid informed customer decisions.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and guarantee product availability both in‑store and online.
- Prioritise customer safety and protect customer data in compliance with company guidelines.
- Develop visually appealing product displays that highlight the breadth of offerings and inspire customers.
- Support sustainability initiatives through responsible waste management and promotion of eco‑friendly products and practices.
