We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work across the North London & Berkshire areas. This is a Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) role.

Role
We are looking for a qualified and reliable Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out service maintenance works on client’s retail and office sites in and around London and Berkshire. The successful candidate will provide a professional service to our client working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems.
What your day‑to‑day will look like
- Attend and complete PPMs & Reactive works as scheduled including breakdowns.
- Have install experience (retrofit/system replacements).
- Troubleshooting/ Fault finding on all A/C systems.
- To produce quotations for works /remedials following service visits.
- To work on Splits, VRFS, AHUs and DX systems and some Central Plant.
- To be able to work alone and with other team members when necessary.
- Complete all FGAS paperwork on sites and update logbooks in client premises.
- To be part of the Out of Hours Call Out Rota.
Qualifications and Experience
- C&G 2079 Cat1
- NVQ Level 3 or similar is essential
- F‑Gas
- Good Mechanical & Electrical Background
- Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities
- Must be prepared to work out of hours when required and on a scheduled callout rota
- Have good communication and organisation skills
- UK Driving License
- Good understanding of IT packages including Outlook, Word etc
