Role

Join one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintech events and help build its commercial engine. This is a true hunter role – you’ll generate your own pipeline, make high-volume outbound calls, and own deals from first contact to close.

What You’ll Do

• Drive outbound activity (phone-first) to build pipeline
• Target fintech, payments, and financial services prospects
• Convert leads into sponsorship and attendance revenue
• Manage your pipeline and hit monthly targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven cold calling experience and resilience
• Highly motivated by targets and commission
• Strong communication and a relentless mindset
• Interest in fintech or events
