Overview
We are hiring a Junior Growth Specialist to help us get in front of more General Practice (GP) practices. Your core focus will be on booking demos for our Senior Growth Specialists and contributing to the growth of Healthtech-1’s NHS-focused solutions. The company is focused on automating repetitive processes within the NHS to unlock access to healthcare for the entire nation.
This is a high-growth, high-agency role in a fast-moving healthtech environment. You will join an ambitious sales team and receive training to develop into a capable sales professional with progression across multiple dimensions.
Responsibilities
- Book qualified demo calls with GP practices and understand how a GP practice operates and its key personas
- Communicate persuasively using storytelling and data
- Use outbound channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, events, referrals
- Execute outbound campaigns at high volume
- Collaborate with the Account Executive (AE) on handovers and improvements
- Keep the CRM tidy and updated with handover notes
- Contribute to the development of outbound materials and campaigns
Scope of the role
- Fully own: your demos booked target, the quality of outbound campaigns, and continuous improvement
- Co-own: lead list qualification and enrichment, CRM hygiene, staying in sync with your AE, and material creation for outbound
- Influence (but do not own): relationships with existing users, how Growth Specialists deliver demos, and inbound campaign delivery
- Do not own: closing deals, onboarding, or account management

- Objective 1: book qualified demo calls with GP practices; understand practice operations; communicate persuasively; execute high-volume outbound campaigns; represent the voice of Healthtech-1
- Objective 2: ensure effective handovers to AE; keep CRM updated
Required experience and traits
- Some experience in sales or recruitment
- Clear communicator with good relationship-building skills
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
- Bias to action; comfortable making outbound calls and handling feedback
- Storytelling ability and data-informed communication
- Outcome-driven, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with sales tools and CRM systems
Nice-to-have
Experience in healthcare, NHS-focused environments, or fast-growing startups is advantageous.
