In this role you will get the chance to assist our teams by supporting their day-to-day work, focused on client relationships, sales, administrative tasks, as well as managing internal stakeholder and collating input and data across various internal teams.
We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.
Exciting work is waiting for you
- Deliver analytics to support pipeline reviews and key client planning
- Support the team with client calls, follow-ups and manage client day to day enquires
- Identify and replicate best practice to expand wallet share of existing clients
- Increase commercialization of CRM and internal dashboards
- Develop business intelligence to identify market trends and research leads from events
Things we’ll look for on your resume
To ideal candidate for this role will have some experience from a commercial, client support, or sales-oriented role, preferably within banking, financial services, or a related industry. You have experience supporting internal teams or client-facing activities, with an interest in developing strong relationship management skills. You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders, and you are a proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel, Word, and Power Point.
As a person you are organized and have a detail-oriented approach to your work, with the ability to analyze information and support data-driven decision making. You are proactive with a motivated mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and you have the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Also, you have a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team.
