Job Overview
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours) and Part time (30 hours)
Contract: Fixed-Term until June 2026
Shift patterns: 8.5-hour shifts per day with 1-hour unpaid meal break; flexibility to work morning and late shifts; full weekend availability required.
Starting salary: £13.45 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide a rewarding shopping experience and deliver exceptional service from fitting rooms to checkout.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Monitor customer reactions to products, adjust visual displays and stock levels accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues, offering support and helping build a strong, united team.
- Promote and manage recycling programmes, repair services, and community activities.
- Contribute to content creation for social media, the styling app, or livestream channel.
