Job Summary
Position: Sales Associate
Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
We need our team in stores when customers need us the most, typically over the weekend.
Responsibilities
As a Trek Sales Associate you will help customers have fun by riding bikes, learn about our products, make thoughtful recommendations, and build meaningful relationships with riders in the community. You will evaluate customer needs and exceed expectations while working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Qualifications
- A positive, pitch‑right‑in attitude and motivation to help every customer find what they need
- Fantastic hospitality—a warm, approachable manner, great listening skills, and a drive to help in any way you can—even on the toughest, busiest days
- Excellent communication with customers and teammates
- Desire to cultivate customer relationships and create your own client base
- Commitment to deliver the best possible cycling experience for each customer
