As a Sales Associate within our Fine Watches department, you will provide world-class customer service, demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and build high-quality relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized, memorable interactions on the shop floor.
• Understand customers’ needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
• Execute all systems and POS procedures, ensuring prompt and compliant sales transactions.
• Build relationships with the wider team and maintain open, effective communication.
• Maintain visual merchandising and shop-floor standards.
• Increase sales by selecting suitable products and offering related items.

• Strong retail and sales foundation with experience delivering memorable service.
• Excellent organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
