Position Summary
We are looking for an aggressive and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our exciting team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for finding new business prospects, maintaining excellent customer relationships and promoting our products and services across a range of sectors.

Responsibilities
- Develop and explore new sales prospects through cold calling, networking and market research
- Develop and sustain long-term connections with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Presentations and product demos to potential customers
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure mutual benefit
- Collaborate with internal teams to make sure products and services are delivered seamlessly
- Use IT technologies and CRM software to manage sales funnel successfully
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management
- Engage in industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking gatherings to promote the organization’s offerings
- Answer customer questions swiftly and professionally to deliver great customer service
- Stay up to date with the company’s goods, rivals and market trends
Work Experience
- Preferred proven experience in B2B sales or a similar sales environment
- Ability to negotiate and close transactions successfully
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
- A valid driving licence is a must for customer trips and meetings outside the office
- Experience with IT systems for sales management and reporting reasons
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Previous customer service experience will be viewed as an asset
