The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you own pipeline creation. You will target logistics and warehouse-led businesses, open doors with senior decision-makers and turn cold conversations into high-quality discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.

This is a high-performance SaaS role with clear targets, real accountability and a defined path into closing. If you can create opportunity, you will progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own outbound pipeline generation across defined target accounts
  • Design and execute structured, multi-channel outreach campaigns
  • Engage Operations Directors, Supply Chain Leaders and senior stakeholders within logistics and warehouse environments
  • Lead commercially focused qualification conversations to uncover operational pain and growth plans
  • Convert outbound conversations into high-quality, criteria-aligned discovery meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Maintain disciplined CRM management and accurate pipeline reporting
  • Re-engage dormant and inbound opportunities to maximise pipeline value
  • Provide structured market feedback to sharpen messaging, targeting and positioning

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in SDR, BDR, recruitment or outbound sales
  • Experience selling or working with modern SaaS applications
  • Proven track record of booking meetings with mid-to-senior decision-makers
  • Strong commercial instinct and confidence on the phone
  • Structured approach to outbound activity and follow-up
  • Comfortable operating in a growing SaaS environment
  • Experience using CRM and outbound tools such as Zoho, Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Based in Manchester for hybrid working
