National Sales Manager – Coca‑Cola RTD

Full time, Fixed Term Contract (12 weeks). Salary: £38,000 per annum plus up to 10% bonus (OTE £41,800 per annum) and a caddy‑sized van.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with some flex on days/times). Training: 20th & 21st July at Coca‑Cola HQ, Central London. Location: National role.
This is not a sit‑back‑and‑monitor‑the‑dashboard management role. We’re looking for a National Sales Manager to lead a team of 10 Sales Executives as part of a summer activation for Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners’ Ready‑to‑Drink portfolio. You’ll be out in trade, coaching in real time, driving performance and making sure execution standards stay high across the country. From supporting your team in‑store to analysing performance trends and spotting opportunities, this role is all about visible leadership and commercial impact. Fast‑moving. Hands‑on. Results‑focused. Perfect for someone who loves developing people and driving performance in the field.
What will you be doing?
- Leading, coaching and motivating a team of 10 Sales Executives
- Spending regular time in trade supporting and developing your team
- Driving sales performance, KPI delivery and execution standards
- Using sales and field data to identify opportunities and improve results
- Delivering clear communication around targets, activity and priorities
- Supporting onboarding and development of new starters
- Managing performance, compliance and engagement across the team
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customer contacts
- Sharing market insight and competitor activity from the field

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience managing field sales or van sales teams
- Strong coaching and performance management capability
- Experience working within FMCG, field marketing or convenience retail channels
- Commercially minded with confidence using data to drive action
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
- Comfortable working within an alcohol category campaign
