Purpose of the Role

In this newly created position within the New Business, DES, and Life Sciences department, you will act as the vital link between our commercial ambitions and operational excellence. Your mission is to streamline the sales cycle by providing high‑level administrative and coordination support.

A Day in Your Life

Your day will be varied and fast‑paced, primarily based at our Runcorn office. You may begin by coordinating complex bid documentation or updating the CRM system to ensure accurate sales forecasting. Throughout the day, you will liaise with internal stakeholders, manage incoming customer inquiries, and ensure all sales‑related administrative tasks are executed with precision.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of sales proposals and tender documents
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the sales team with meeting preparation, travel coordination, and event management
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal quality standards and UK regulatory requirements

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a sales support or high‑level administrative role
  • Ideally, experience within a technical or industrial environment
  • Strong proficiency in modern office software and CRM platforms
