We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing boutique firm with a loyal HNW client base. They’re now looking for a senior Private Client Solicitor to lead the department. If you’re ready to make your mark, drive strategy, and handle high-value estates and trusts — this is your move.
The role
• Advise HNW and UHNW individuals on complex estate planning, trusts, and tax-efficient wealth structuring• Draft and oversee the preparation of wills, lifetime trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and other related documents• Manage trust administration, including creation, compliance, and termination• Deliver bespoke inheritance tax and capital gains tax advice
What you’ll bring
• 7 years PQE in private client department• Confidence handling high-value estates, trusts & tax matters• Leadership capability and commercial mindset• STEP membership (or intention to qualify)
