A Bit About You
- Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B setting
- Experience delivering on set monthly KPIs/targets
- Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude toward working to targets, a tenacious nature and a strong desire to succeed
- Self‑starter who can take initiative, pick up the phone and make contact with potential new clients
- Curious, conscientious and able to learn everything about our product and communicate that knowledge in a compelling way

What You’ll Do
- Support the wider Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to identify and engage new business opportunities
- Connect with prospective customers through engaging outbound calls, crafting compelling emails and using other platforms
- Immerse yourself in the company and share your informed passion for our evolving product
- Identify, build and nurture a pipeline of self‑generated client prospects
- Collaborate with your team and the wider group to ensure high performance
- Ensure our customers have a first‑class experience at every opportunity

Interview Process
Three stages (including a presentation task): Introductory video call with the Talent team, Hiring Manager interview with a short outbound call role‑play, and final interview with the Co‑Founder.
