Based in the Hertford area – This is a fully office-based role

IMMEDIATE START!

Starting basic salary is £25,000 plus uncapped commission, onsite gym, benefits and excellent ongoing training and career progression and an opportunity to travel.

What will you be doing as a Delegate Sales Associate

  • You will learn how to apply sales techniques to convert leads into qualified registrations.
  • Make outbound sales calls to build relationships with potential clients, generating interest, researching via various methods to create a pipeline to secure new business opportunities.
  • Research and identify and start conversations with decision‑makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Building confidence, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills.

  • You won’t be thrown in at the deep end, you will be trained, coached, and supported from day one.
