Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As an SDR, you will be responsible for booking outbound meetings through cold calling and multiple outbound channels including emails, social selling, networking, and independent research. You will establish genuine relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations and engage with prospects across all levels, including C‑suite and Directors. You will lead discovery conversations to understand prospects’ challenges and digital roadmaps for the year.

Requirements

• Fluent in German & English
• Articulate, with strong written & verbal communication skills and a talent for building rapport and accelerating relationships
• A desire to work with lots of different stakeholders, be they clients, colleagues, managers, or prospects
• An interest or affinity with the Tech industry
• A can‑do, positive mindset
• Ability to thrive in a scale‑up, high‑growth environment where things are constantly evolving
• Accountable for your actions and input on a day‑to‑day basis
