Loyalty / Renewals Specialist – JCT600 Audi / Volkswagen

Salary: Up to £40,000 OTE

Location: Audi / Volkswagen Sheffield

At JCT600, our Loyalty Specialists are responsible for managing customer retention and renewal activity across our industry leading brands. With a focus on strengthening long-term customer relationships, increasing brand loyalty, and supporting vehicle renewal opportunities through proactive communication and exceptional customer service, your ability to build rapport and strong customer relationships, will directly contribute to your success!

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Proactively contacting existing Audi or Volkswagen customers approaching the end of finance agreements, leases, or ownership cycles.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Identifying renewal, upgrade, and retention opportunities through outbound campaigns and customer follow-ups.
  • Explaining renewal options, finance products, loyalty incentives, and manufacturer campaigns clearly and professionally.
  • Coordinating appointments between customers and sales teams to support vehicle upgrade discussions.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and activity logs within the CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a confident telephone manner and the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Previous experience within Automotive in a customer service, retention, renewals, or sales role would be desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work towards targets and performance KPI’s.
