Remote Telesales Representative – Work from Home | Full-Time, Permanent | Mon-Fri

Salary: £24.5k base + on-target earnings (OTE) £31k+.

Ready to take your sales career to the next level? This role is a telesales position focused on outbound calls and building rapport with customers to close deals.

What you will do

  • Engage Customers: Connect with potential customers, presenting an exciting product packed with value.
  • Drive Sales: Make outbound sales calls daily (apply online only).
  • Hit Your Targets: Secure 7–10 sales per day. 90% of the team currently achieves their goals and earns above the bonus potential.
  • Stay Compliant: Maintain professionalism and adhere to regulations while delivering top-notch service.

What experience you will need

  • Previous Sales Experience – 12 months of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years.
  • Home Office Setup – A quiet workspace where you can focus and succeed remotely.
  • Motivation to Exceed Targets – Passion for sales, resilience, and commitment to following best practices.
