We Need You To:
- Consistently deliver exceptional service
- Hold store keys and ensure security during opening and closing in the absence of senior management
- Open and close the till system
- Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products, and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Manage stock by pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards for smooth operations
- Keep the shop floor tidy and replenished, maintaining store standards
- Support management by working toward individual and team sales targets
- Provide details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programs, highlighting benefits and encouraging participation to enhance the shopping experience
- Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities
- Be a role model for the brand and adhere to uniform standards (all black, unbranded, reflective of the brand)
- Participate in and encourage training activities to become a confident brand ambassador
Qualifications
- Strong communicator
- Understanding of excellent customer service
- Previous experience in retail
- Interest and awareness of key fashion trends
- Self‑motivated and driven by targets
- Confident working in a team
