What you’ll be doing:

  • Carry out PPM maintenance regime, fault finding and repairs on large industrial utility plant (Electrical & Mechanical) across a wide range of plant including DAF, Clarifiers, UF systems, RO, Dosing systems, Pumps, Blowers, Compressed air systems, Multimedia filters
  • Safely operate and maintain all site main utilities ensuring 100% service delivery is supplied to the client under contract KPI’s
  • Manage and update the computerised maintenance management system in accordance with company operating procedures
  • Be part of a call out rota covering operations for sickness and holiday and call outs for breakdowns
  • Maintain excellent communications with clients onsite and develop relationship
  • Ensure compliance with EA Permits and Trade Effluent Agreements

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair faults in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Valid driver’s license required, often with the ability to operate heavy plant machinery
  • Knowledge of safe working practices, including risk assessments and safety procedures
