What you’ll be doing:
- Carry out PPM maintenance regime, fault finding and repairs on large industrial utility plant (Electrical & Mechanical) across a wide range of plant including DAF, Clarifiers, UF systems, RO, Dosing systems, Pumps, Blowers, Compressed air systems, Multimedia filters
- Safely operate and maintain all site main utilities ensuring 100% service delivery is supplied to the client under contract KPI’s
- Manage and update the computerised maintenance management system in accordance with company operating procedures
- Be part of a call out rota covering operations for sickness and holiday and call outs for breakdowns
- Maintain excellent communications with clients onsite and develop relationship
- Ensure compliance with EA Permits and Trade Effluent Agreements
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair faults in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Valid driver’s license required, often with the ability to operate heavy plant machinery
- Knowledge of safe working practices, including risk assessments and safety procedures
