• Know the product and culture – Learn every silhouette, the technology behind performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care.
• Host the hype – Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations.
• Chase the win – Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins.
• Keep it premium – Visuals on point, stock locked in, store always fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.
