We are seeking an exceptional Sales Coordinator to join the Maybourne Sales team in Corporate Office.

AsaSalesCoordinatoryourresponsibilitieswillincludebutwillnotbelimitedto:
- Toberesponsibleforthedailyrunningoftheoffice,ensuringthaturgentclientqueriesbytelephoneandemailarealwaysanswered/actionedinanappropriatemanner.
- Toensurethetelephonesareansweredquicklyandefficiently,andinthehospitablemannerappropriateforMaybourne.
- Inconjunctionwithotheradministrativestaff,toensuretheemails/telephonesareadequatelycoveredduringbusinesshoursandthatcallsaredirectedtotherelevantcolleagueordetailedmessagesaretakenandactionedasappropriate.
- TomonitorincomingemailsoftheSalesteamwhentheyareawayfromtheoffice.
- ToensureallincomingleadsareresearchedandpassedtotheappropriateSalesManagerwiththedetailsaddedtoSalesforce(thesalesdatabaseandrecordsystem).
- Toenternotes,contactsandcorrespondence,whereapplicable,intoSalesforce.
- To co-ordinate invitations and responses to showcases, presentations and plan travel agency and MICE Fam trips and other promotional events.
- ToassistwiththepreparationofallpresentationsandtoassistinplanningnewstarterInductionswithhotelteams.
