Location:Unit 4b Birstall Shopping Park, Leeds WF17 9DTHours per Week:39 hoursShift pattern: Full-time – flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.Salary: Up to £31,600 per annum

The Role

As an Assistant StoreManager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:

• Recruit,inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
• Drivesales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
• Createa fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
• Ensureoperational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

• Retailleadership experience
• Passionfor customer service & sales.
• Strongdecision-making & problem-solving skills.
• Aresults-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingnessto carry out piercing services for our customers – with full trainingprovided (Optional)
