Private Client Solicitor

Full‑time, permanent role (35 hours per week) based mainly in Oxfordshire/Cotswolds with the flexibility to work from home or in the office (3 days in‑office per week). Salary is negotiable and includes extensive benefits such as company profit share.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best‑in‑class inheritance and lifetime‑planning advice for high net‑worth clients.
• Draft complex wills and support clients through the execution process.
• Create and administer trusts and related estate‑planning instruments.
• Advise on estate planning and Court of Protection matters.
• Provide support and training to junior team members.
• Maintain exceptional client care and communication standards.
• Embrace new technologies and digital solutions to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Strong communication, client advisory, and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, personable, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Strong IT competence and a keen willingness to learn new ways of working.
• Positive, optimistic, hard‑working attitude with a can‑do spirit.
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and to help colleagues.
• High confidentiality standards and professional ethics.
• STEP qualification highly desirable (support will be provided if required).
