A welcoming Early Years setting in Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from June 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children in their early stages of learning and development. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced staff to deliver engaging, play-based learning within a caring and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher and Early Years team in delivering engaging learning activities
- Assist children with their social, emotional, and educational development through play-based learning
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents across the setting
- Observe and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to the class teacher where appropriate
- Support with classroom preparation, resources, and daily routines
Qualifications/Experience
- Experience as an Early Years Teaching Assistant
- Strong subject/curriculum knowledge relevant to the role
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
