We’re looking for an Unqualified Early Years Assistant to join our Hollies Day Nursery in Cardiff. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives while starting or developing a long-term career in a supportive and close-knit setting.
Unqualified Early Years Assistant
£12.71 per hour (with additional benefits worth £4,742 per annum after one year’s service)
Cardiff – on-site carpark
30 hours a week
You’ll support the delivery of high-quality care and education in a safe, engaging environment, helping each child develop through inspiring activities and nurturing relationships across age groups.

What you’ll do
- Support engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
- Assist with each child’s individual development and wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with families and colleagues
- Help maintain high standards of safeguarding and care
