Overview
BRETSA Early Years is looking for nursery staff to join their flexible bank team in South East London. Work locations include: Bromley, Orpington, Swanley, Sidcup, Dartford and Gravesend; Beckenham, Penge, Norwood, Dulwich and Croydon; Catford, Lewisham, Blackheath, Woolwich, Charlton and Greenwich.
You can be qualified or unqualified in childcare but with childcare experience. Flexible working options allow you to choose which days to work to fit around university, college commitments, or between jobs. Decide how many days you want to work each week and be able to cover full days (e.g., 8am or 9am to 5pm or 6pm). Full-time or part-time work is available. You will be placed in lovely nurseries local to you. You will be paid weekly and accrue holiday pay.
Responsibilities
- Greeting parents and welcoming children into the setting and helping them settle.
- Setting up and clearing away after activities, leading activities, ensuring children are playing safely and learning through play, including supervising outdoor play.
- Serving or supervising mealtimes, helping children eat, wash and go to the toilet.
Requirements
- Flexible availability with the ability to work full days as needed.
- Experience in childcare; qualification status can be either qualified or unqualified with relevant childcare experience.
- Willingness to work across multiple locations within the specified South East London areas.
