The role supports customers in managing their accommodation, engaging intraining, using their time productively, and rebuilding positive networks andrelationships. By providing guidance and encouragement, you will helpindividuals unlock their full potential and create a brighter future
An ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in coaching and supporting customers
- Experience of working with young people from diverse backgrounds
- Experience of providing information advice and guidance services tovulnerable young people
- Knowledge of motivational techniques, housing issues and welfare andbenefit systems
- Ability to work as part of a team in achieving team objectives and KeyPerformance Indicator targets.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships
The role is subject to an enhanced DBS and reference checks.
