About the role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to support learning across the classroom. You’ll play a key role in helping pupils stay engaged, build confidence, and make progress.
Key responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Work with small groups of pupils to reinforce learning
- Provide one‑to‑one support where needed
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environmentAssist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
