Business Administration Apprentice
Location: Multi-site (with travel across sites)Department: Apprenticeship Team PODContract: Apprenticeship Fixed Term for 2 years (Full-time working 35 hours per week)Salary: National Minimum Wage (dependant on age)
We are looking for a motivated and organised Business Administration Apprentice to support both the Apprenticeship Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment while contributing to the delivery of training and development across the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of apprenticeship programmes and supporting the development of staff across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Organisational Development and Apprenticeship teams
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of apprenticeship programmes
- Support the organisation and facilitation of training sessions for apprentices and wider workforce
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and learning management systems
- Communicate effectively with apprentices, managers, and training teams
- Help monitor apprentice progress and compliance requirements
- Support meetings, workshops, and events across multiple locations
- Travel between sites as required to support training delivery

- Good IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel across sites
