Our client are seeking a Service Delivery Consultant based in a busy office in Birmingham. Working in the industrial sector, this is a non sales role. The successful candidate will help support the branch with their admin and resourcing and assisting with the end-end recruitment process.

Person Specification
- Proven experience of working within the recruitment industry
- Customer focused with exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams
- Flexible approach to work
