The role will involve advising on a broad range of private funds matters, including the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds across a variety of strategies. You will work closely with a sophisticated international client base, including private equity sponsors, institutional investors, asset managers, and alternative investment platforms on complex, often cross‑border mandates.
