Part-Time HR Adviser (Education – Term Time)

Learning Partners Academy Trust is seeking a part-time HR Adviser based in Guildford. In this role, you will provide vital HR support, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and assisting in policy development.

The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent, experience in HR casework, and strong communication skills. You will work independently and support our schools in enhancing employee relations.
